Donations and cash and other assets are reported as restricted support.  If they are received with donor stipulations that limit the use of the donated assets. All restrictions are considered permanent.  

The foundation includes the following restricted funds:
Barkin: Funded by public donations made in honor of Leonard Barkin, grants are made to send 1 or 2 area youths to DEC natural resources education camp.
Bartlett: Funded by the estate of Doctor Charles Bartlett, awards savings bonds to winners of Native American Indian essay writing contest for Letchworth Central School students.
Bunce: Funded by public donations, assets are being held to help defray costs when Warsaw native Joseph Bunte undergoes hearts transplant surgery.
General Library: Funded by public donations to be used to benefit libraries in Wyoming County.
Hopkins: Funded by a donation from Emmons Hopkins, provides an annual scholarship for a female science student from Pioneer Central school.
Mason: Funded by the family of Mabel Mason, makes grants for worthy causes in Southwest Wyoming County.  
Middlebury Academy: Funded by donations from Ralph Chapin, to be used by historic Middlebury Academy in the Village of Wyoming New York.
Strome: Funded by a donation by Mark Strome.  Grants scholarships to deserving graduates of Warsaw Central School.  The assets in this fund are managed by the grantor.  An annual transfer is made to unrestricted funds of .5 percent of the original contribution.
Wyoming Library: Funded by public donations to be used for the benefit of the Wyoming Public Library.
